Ingredients:
140g all purposed flour (or 00 or t45 flour)
160g grated coconut flour
100g soft butter cut into cubes
10g potato starch
70g of sugar
1 egg of 50g
1 tablespoon of milk
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Grated zest of 1 lemon
Chocolate to decorate
Method:
Put all in the machine, 1 mixture and extract immediately
Place your cookies on parchment paper
Preheat the griller to 160c and bake for 10 to 12 min
Check the coloring of your cookies
The dough is soft, so it needs help when extracting (Manually push the dough into the bowl towards the rotary if it has difficulty coming out)
You can add a little flour (1 to 2 tbsp) or cornstarch without mixing again, your biscuits will be a little drier
Wait until your cookies are cold before dipping them in the melted chocolate.
