CRACKERS WITH 125-4mm

You can make crackers with my 125-4mm disc simply and fast

Ingredients :

250g of flour

125g melted butter

125g sugar

1 egg

1 pinch of salt or fine salt

I put the flour, sugar and salt in the machine, added the melted butter mixed with the well-beaten egg.

3 kneads.

Extrusion a little tricky at first, the butter had not cooled enough. I put the first pieces back in the machine and after that it was perfect.

Imprints and cutouts of shortbread with the wooden cube from scrap cooking.

12 mins in the oven at 180°
