ALMOND/WALNUTS BISCUITS (C21, C17, C23, C28)

ALMOND BISCUITS
300g flour
30g almond flour
120g icing sugar
60g of almost melted butter
1 large egg
3 tablesspoon of milk if the dough is a bit stiff
1/2 sachet of yeast

WALNUTS BISCUITS
150g flour 00'
100g sugar
60ml of seed oil
120g chopped walnuts
20g chopped dark or milk chocolate (If you don't want to put chocolate, use 140g of walnuts)
1 egg
large grated peel of 1 lemon
1 sachet of vanillin
a pinch of salt
4g of baking powder
Icing sugar for flouring or granulated sugar

Mixed all the ingredients together by hand and lastly put in the flour
Put all in the machine to extrude.
P.S. the dough is rather sticky. Cover your hand with flour.
Bake at 160' in 10-15 minutes
