POTATO GNOCCHI
Recipe 1:
500 gr boiled potatoes and milled by a fork
100 gr flour
25 gr corn starch (very important)
1 pinch of salt
Recipe 2:
150 gr of potato flakes
100 gr semolina
50 gr flour
220 ml of water
Put all in the machine, mix and extrude right away
